Rescheduling and Refund Policy:
If you cannot reschedule online, that means you may be within the 36 hour window and a there is a fee for rescheduling- please call 954-637-3073
–Deposits and payments are non-refundable –There is $30 fee (+$10 per hour) which must be paid when new date is selected –Example: 1 Hour Rental Reschedule Fee: $30. 3 Hour Rental Reschedule Fee: $50 –*Same terms apply to sessions booked from bulk packages. Time is not credited back to your package*
Yes, we help set up your camera settings, position lights and change backdrops for you.
As much as you need! Please keep in mind, changing backdrops, props, and lighting set ups take time and count towards your session time.
Unfortunately we cannot credit or offer any form of refund for finishing early. Once the space is booked for a rental, the calendar time is blocked from being booked by other clients. If you booked less time than you actually need, you can extend your session, as long as the time is available.
We use a wireless trigger system that lets you adjust the power and take photos with our lights wirelessly.
Please keep the following in mind:
-Entry Level Cameras may not work with a wireless trigger system.
-Mirrorless cameras have an option in the menu (typically called Exposure Simulation or Settings Effect) that needs to be turned off to use any studio strobe lights, anywhere.
Yes. If you do not see the time available on our booking booking platform, please call 954-637-3073. We do not recommend showing up without calling first. This way we can expect you and prepare as well as verify that we have a slot available.
These are the photos you choose for us to perfect. During editing, we crop, smooth skin, exteend the background, repair/remove any holes/stains in background and make the colors pop.
Once you receive your EDIT gallery, you can easily order prints. You can easily apply your coupon code at check out. All prints can be shipped to an address of your choice or you can schedule a pick up from our Fort Lauderdale Location.
We guarantee that photos will be sent within 24 hours of the shoot for selection. Typically, photos are sent immediately after a session.
Edits are completed within 4 days of selection.
